Mike developed broad and deep business experience from over 25 years in different parts of PwC. As a client-facing partner, he advised global / multi-national companies on their IT projects, business risks, and people issues. PwC also gave him direct experience of leadership - he ran various PwC businesses and, with help from some great coaches and a lot of study about psychology, went on his own development journey as a leader.
He has now been a coach for over 15 years, added neuro-biology to his studies, and also practises (and teaches) Tai Chi. It's been quite a journey... and this site is like a summary of the book he will (probably) never write about what he's learned.
